We offer same-day service for most repair requests. If you call before noon, we can usually have a technician at your door the same day. For non-urgent repairs, we'll schedule a convenient time that works best for you.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Yes, we charge a diagnostic fee of $85 for residential properties and $140 for commercial properties to inspect the appliance and identify the issue. If you approve the repair, the fee WILL NOT be applied toward the final repair cost.
How much does a typical repair cost?
Repair costs vary depending on the appliance type, the nature of the problem, and the parts needed. After our technician completes the diagnosis, you'll receive a clear, upfront quote before any work begins. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes, our repairs come with a 90 day warranty on parts and 30 day on labor, so you can feel confident that the repair is done properly.
